Incognito Mode (Private Browsing) in Google Chrome
Incognito Mode :
Web pages that you open and files downloaded while you are incognito aren’t recorded in your browsing and download histories.
All new cookies are deleted after you close the incognito window.
It is one of the best feature in Google Chrome for private browsing.

How to make Google Chrome to always open in Incognito Mode?
Create a new shortcut for Chrome on your Desktop. Right Click on it. Select Property to open dialog box. add –incognito option at the end of Target text box.
Start Chrome browser using this shortcut, it will always be opened in incognito mode.
Keyboard shortcut to do it is : Ctrl+Shift+N
